What we sell
We sell digital products only — such as templates, design assets, courses, resource packs and prompt libraries. No physical goods are sold or shipped. Every product page describes what is included before you buy.
Pricing and currency
All prices are displayed on the product page in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The price charged is the price shown at the moment you complete checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect completed orders.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed only after our payment gateway confirms a successful payment. If a payment fails or is reversed, the order and any download access linked to it may be cancelled. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, abuse, or a pricing error.

Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or claim authorship of any file purchased from us, share download links publicly, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the site, or use our products for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
All products, branding, text and imagery on this site remain the property of XUMBELL or its licensors. Purchasing a product grants you a licence to use it, not ownership of it. See our Licensing Policy.
Refunds
Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
Our products are provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
