Digital Delivery Policy
How and when XUMBELL digital products are delivered after payment. No physical shipping.
Digital delivery only
XUMBELL sells digital products exclusively. There is no physical shipment, no courier and no shipping charge. Nothing will ever be posted to your address.
Delivery method
Immediately after a successful payment you are redirected to a secure download page for your order. A confirmation email containing the same secure link is also sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
Delivery time
Delivery is instant — typically within a few seconds of payment confirmation. In the rare case that a payment is still being confirmed by the bank, access is granted automatically as soon as the payment is captured, usually within a few minutes.
Download validity
Download links remain valid for 30 days from purchase and allow up to 10 downloads. If your link expires or the limit is reached, contact support and we will reissue access for a product you have paid for.
If you do not receive your product
First check the spam or promotions folder of the email you used at checkout. If the product still has not arrived, email xumbell2@gmail.com or call +91 8310728524 with your order number and we will resend your download link within 24 hours.
International customers
Because delivery is entirely online, customers anywhere in the world receive their products the same way and at the same speed. No customs, duties or shipping restrictions apply.
