Help with a download
If your download link has expired, hit its download limit, or the file will not open, send us your order number and the email used at checkout and we will reissue access for any product you have paid for.
Order and payment questions
For a missing order confirmation, a duplicate charge, or a payment that was debited without delivery, contact us with your payment reference and we will trace and resolve it, including a refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Refund eligibility and timelines are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Requests should be sent within 7 days of purchase.
