Licensing Policy
How you may use digital products purchased from XUMBELL.
What your purchase includes
Buying a product on XUMBELL grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use that product under the terms below. You do not acquire ownership or copyright in the product itself.
Personal use
Every product may be used for an unlimited number of personal projects by the person or single business that purchased it.
Commercial use
Most products include commercial-use rights, meaning you may use them in client work or in products you sell, provided the product is not resold in substantially its original form. The specific licence that applies is stated on each product page.
Team use
A licence covers one individual or one small business team. If you need to distribute a product across a larger organisation, contact us for a team licence.
What is not permitted
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, give away or share the original files; upload them to public repositories or file-sharing sites; include them in a competing template or asset marketplace; or claim authorship of them.
Updates
Where a product page states that free updates are included, you may download future versions of that product at no extra cost using your original purchase.
Licence termination
The licence ends automatically if these terms are breached or if the order is refunded or reversed. On termination you must stop using and delete the files.
