When cancellations and refunds apply to XUMBELL digital products, and how to request one.
Nature of digital goods
Every product sold on XUMBELL is a digital product delivered instantly after payment. Because access is granted immediately and the files cannot be returned, orders are generally final once the product has been downloaded.
Cancellation
You may cancel an order at any time before payment is completed simply by leaving the checkout page — nothing is charged. Once payment is successful and the download has been accessed, the order can no longer be cancelled.
When we do issue a refund
We will issue a full refund if: the product file is corrupt, missing, or cannot be downloaded after reasonable attempts; the product is materially different from its description; you were charged more than once for the same order; or a payment was taken but no product access was delivered.
When refunds are not available
We cannot refund a product because you changed your mind, bought the wrong item by mistake after downloading it, lack the software or skills required to use it, or because the product does not meet an expectation that was not described on the product page.
How to request a refund
Email xumbell2@gmail.com or call +91 8310728524 within 7 days of purchase with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the problem. We acknowledge every request within 24 hours.
Refund processing time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback — almost every issue can be resolved faster directly. We keep payment and delivery records and will supply them to the payment provider where a chargeback is raised.
